📦 Orders & Processing
- All items are made to order and customized for you.
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- Processing time is typically 2–14 business days, depending on the size and type of order.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee starting at $15.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Party favors are sold by the dozen (12 each) unless otherwise noted.
- “Filled” favors come with treats included. “Unfilled” favors include packaging only.
- Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or customs issues.
🔄 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Please double-check names, dates, sizes, colors, and other details before placing your order.
- If we make an error on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
💻 Digital Products
- Digital files are delivered electronically.
- Files are for personal use only unless otherwise noted.
- Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our designs is strictly prohibited.
⚡ Custom Orders
- We love creating custom designs! 🎉 Please send us your details when requesting a custom item.
- Custom orders are completed based on the information you provide — we are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information submitted.

- We are not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions to treats, or damages that occur after delivery.
