Shipping usually takes 3–9 business days within the U.S. after your order has been processed. We’ll provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note: we are not responsible for postal service or carrier delays.

Because our items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started. Please double-check spelling, dates, sizes, and colors before placing your order.

Party favors can be purchased filled (with treats included) or unfilled (packaging only). Each listing will specify what is included.

Our standard processing time is 2–14 business days, depending on the type of order and level of customization. Rush orders are available for an additional fee (starting at $15). Please contact us before ordering if you need something by a specific date. 

At this time, all orders are shipped directly to your address. Local pickup may be available upon request — please contact us before placing your order.
